Same cabinet, same door, same countertop. The shelf rides on concealed undermount glides, so it clears the cabinet frame completely and you can see the back of it from standing height.
It holds 120 lb while fully extended, on concealed undermount glides that close themselves quietly behind you.

It was about not kneeling on a hard tile floor. Not reaching into the dark up to your shoulder. Not waiting until somebody else is home to lift out the heavy pot.
A pull-out brings the back of the cabinet forward to where you are already standing. It is a small change to a kitchen and a large one to a day.

We measure. About thirty minutes.
We look at every cabinet you are considering and check what will actually fit inside it, including the awkward ones.
You get a written number before we leave
Itemized, shelf by shelf, on paper. Nothing gets calculated after we drive away and nothing changes later.
Then you think about it
For as long as you want to. No presentation, no discount that expires tonight, and one follow-up call if we have not heard back from you.
The number we write down at your consult is the number you pay.
The estimate on this page is a guide, not a quote. The one that counts is the written figure we hand you at the end of the in-home design consult. If anything changes between that number and the installation, it is our mistake to absorb and not your bill to cover. And if a shelf ever stops rolling the way it should, we come back and fix it for as long as you own the house.
Questions people ask us
Will pull-outs work in my cabinets?
Almost certainly. Every shelf is built to the measurements of the one cabinet it goes into, so face-frame, frameless, painted, stained, forty years old or installed last spring all work. If something genuinely will not fit, we tell you at the consult rather than after you have paid.
What does it cost?
It depends which wood you choose. Baltic birch plywood is $250 a slide-out and solid walnut is $330, with three options in between, and installation is free at the moment. That price covers the design consult, building each slide-out to fit the cabinet it goes in, the concealed soft-close glides and hardware, fitting it, and the lifetime warranty. Corner, under-sink and trash pull-outs are built differently and priced separately.
How much weight will they hold?
120 lb while fully extended. Cast iron, stand mixers and a stack of stockpots are all comfortably inside that.
Is this a remodel?
No. Your cabinet boxes, doors and countertops stay exactly as they are. There is no demolition and no dust. Your cabinet boxes, doors and countertops stay exactly as they are. We build a drawer to fit and mount it inside the cabinet you already have.
Do I have to do the whole kitchen?
Not at all. Plenty of people start with the two cabinets that bother them most and call us back the following year for the rest. There is no minimum order.
Do you serve my town?
We cover most of the Treasure Valley, including Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Eagle, Caldwell, Kuna, Star and Garden City. If you are a little outside that, call and ask, because we often can.
